On Energy to delist today

On Energy Limited, formerly known as TransAlta NZ, will delist from the Stock Exchange today.

Petone-based TransAlta was bought last year by Natural Gas Corporation and renamed On Energy, incorporating NGC's gas and energy divisions.

In August it exited retail electricity, selling its 418,000 customer base to rivals Meridian and Genesis Energy.
