PSIS chief executive John Price has quit after 10 years in the job.
"My contract was about to expire and I have achieved many of the significant goals we set ourselves during the past 10 years," he said.
He would leave the job in the new year, and operations manager Peter Mayne would fill the position until a permanent replacement was found.
