Telecom's chief financial officer, Marko Bogoievski, has taken a seat on the Sky TV board following Telecom's purchase of a 12.1 per cent stake in the pay television company.
Mr Bogoievski replaces Trevor Farmer, Tappenden Holdings' representative on the Sky board.
