A former "$1 million Grey Lynn hovel: is now sporting so many hi-tech features that its agents say a courier can be let into the house remotely.
The house once labelled the worst house in the area is at 2 Leighton St and it will be auctioned on-site at 6pm on March 22.

The place is shown off in a new video from agents Barfoot & Thompson which shows how the front door and many other features of the house can be activated via iPad or iPhone.

But a marble kitchen benchtop splashback, separate scullery, 'resort-style' outdoor living and central atrium are other features displayed in the promotional video of the Victorian villa.
The 120-year-old settlers' cottage had rotting floorboards, sagging ceilings and nicotine-caked walls when it went to auction, with five bidders battling it out for the rundown two-bedroom property.
Now it is being auctioned by Barfoot & Thompson as an "elegant renewed villa".
