The Government has agreed to amend Telecom's operational separation undertakings for a fifth time.
The operational rules force the company to keep its business units at arms length from each other and have been in place since 2008.
Telecom made the application for the variation of the undertakings in March while bidding to build Government's rural broadband initiative.
