A slight fall in average bank fixed mortgage rates has helped improve affordability for buyers in most parts of New Zealand.
The Roost Home Loan Affordability report shows improvement for a third consecutive month, with affordability reaching its best level in a year.
Affordability is now back at levels seen in December 2004.
