A vulture fund formed to take advantage of the poor state of the property market has raised more money than expected.
Willis Bond & Co sought $100 million for the Willis Bond Capital Partners fund, but instead raised $128 million.
Commitments came from Guardians of NZ Superannuation and the Government Superannuation Fund.
