There has been a turnaround of sorts for the Government's Super Fund.
The multi-billion dollar investment has been bleeding red ink in recent months, as its investments take a hit from the international economic downturn. There are also expectations the Government is likely to suspend contributions because of its recent losses.
However Treasury financial figures released today reveal the Super Fund actually made a small gain in March of $200 million.
Overall its performance remains down with year to date losses of $4.8 billion.
