KEY POINTS:
The sharemarket was down this morning after profit-taking and reaction to the Australian market saw it shed 1 per cent yesterday.
The benchmark NZSX-50 index was down 21.99 points to 3583 at 10.15am today.
Fisher and Paykel Healthcare was down 17 points to 288 after putting out earnings guidelines which show the influence of a higher than expected New Zealand dollar.
Also falling were Contact down 4c to 853, Freightways 4c to 351, top-stock Telecom 6c to 385 and Trustpower 14c to 775.
On the up were Sky TV 11c to 486 and Pumpkin Patch 4c to 187.
