New head for PGG Finance

PGG Wrightson Finance has appointed Mark Darrow as executive director, effective from late July.

Darrow was coming from an executive director's role with GE Money, the world's largest finance company, PGG said yesterday.

He had been raised in provincial New Zealand, worked in the stock and station industry, and later moved into the motor industry.

He had moved into financial services with Dorchester Pacific, as chief executive for their private banking and advisory businesses group, then to GE Money.
