The Commerce Commission has cleared BOC to buy Shell New Zealand's commercial LPG business.
Commission chairwoman Paula Rebstock said the commission was satisfied that the proposed acquisition would not, or not be likely to, substantially lessen competition.
The acquisition does not include Shell's LPG production and supply business
