Listed landlord Macquarie Goodman Property Trust will pay $27.3 million for an industrial property next door to The Gate, its large industrial park at Penrose, Auckland.
John Dakin, chief executive of the trust's manager, said the deal with vendor Fivestar Property was to buy 2000sq m of office and warehousespace and 2.2ha of development land at 345 Neilson St.
Fivestar Distribution, Toll NZ and Toll NZ Consolidated are tenants and Macquarie plans to settle the deal on June 28.
