The recent Real Estate Market report released by Nielsen//NetRatings, shows that 86 per cent of New Zealanders in the survey rate the internet as the best tool for real estate research.
Trademe.co.nz/property continues to lead the online Real Estate category from the Nielsen//NetRatings' Market Intelligence service.
According to the marketreport, 75 per cent of New Zealanders are satisfied with the functionality of the site.
More females, as many as 59 per cent, visited sites in the property category during the past week.
The Auckland region accounted for 37 per cent of the visitors to the site.
Trends from the Nielsen//NetRatings' Market Intelligence service show that visitors from the Auckland region are more likely to visit real estate sites than any other of the regions in the country.
