ICPBio water plant up and running

Biotech stock ICP Biotechnology Ltd said today its new purified water plant in Henderson was operational.

Managing director Dr Earl Stevens, was capable of delivering over 150 tonnes a day of purified water necessary for plasma production.

This meant ICPbio could double its plasma production to 12 tonnes per week from next week.

ICPbio manufactures the media, serums and biochemicals which pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies use to make, test, store, and deliver their products.

Shares in ICPbio were unchanged at 18.4c in late trading today.
