IAG buys travel stake

IAG New Zealand has bought a 50 per cent stake in Mike Henry Travel Insurance.

IAG NZ is owned by Insurance Australia Group and underwrites and distributes general insurance products through both the State and NZI insurance in New Zealand.

IAG would take over the underwriting of travel insurance policies issued by the Mike Henry Travel by year's end.
