Heat map launch for True Commercial

The New Zealand Herald's commercial property website, True Commercial, has harnessed "heat map technology" to enhance the presentation of statistical data for commercial property in the first innovation of its kind for the New Zealand realty market.

The new heat map showcases the performance of commercial assets by category and by suburb across four key measurements

1. Capital Growth

2. Sale Price per sqm

3. Median Sale Price

4. Sale price to CV ratio

True Commercial users can access the feature via 'map view' and switch through their desired categories using search criteria.

Vikas Verma, NZME. Group Sales Manager, Real Estate, says the heat map means True Commercial simplifies and elucidates what's happening in the commercial property sector and makes it much easier for investors to make informed decisions.
