Geneva urged to front up about true position

Geneva Finance is being accused of not providing investors with enough information on its financial position.

The finance company is proposing a six month moratorium on repaying investors, and a meeting is set down for Monday to discuss it.

Consumers Institute chief Sue Chetwin says there has been a lack of disclosure of the company's financial position.

She says investors attending the meeting need to be able to decide if Geneva can trade its way out of the situation.
