Fonterra looks to raise $150 million

Fonterra said it would offer up to NZ$150 million of March, 2023, senior fixed rate bonds to institutional investors and to New Zealand retail investors this week.

The offer opened today and the bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market.

Fonterra said an announcement on the margin and the interest rate on the bonds would be made following the bookbuild process on Friday.

There is no public pool.
