Enron chief financial officer and wife to plead guilty

Enron's former chief financial officer, Andrew Fastow, and his wife Lea will plead guilty to charges stemming from their roles in the company's accounting scandal, the Associated Press reported.

Lea Fastow is expected to plead guilty today to a tax charge after her husband agrees to plead guilty and accept a 10-year sentence.
