Eforce changes

Two directors have resigned from the board of troubled e-commerce company Eforce. Guy Cook has stepped down, claiming the restructuring of Eforce is taking up too much of his time, and Warren Bird wants to avoid possible conflicts of interest emerging from restructuring proposals. Eforce is expected to announce its plans in the next 10 days. Its shares closed last night at 3c.
