More than 500,000 graduates will be hit with higher student loan repayments when Budget 2012 is announced tomorrow.
The changes were signalled by Prime Minister John Key at the beginning of May.
The repayment rate for loans will be increased to 12 per cent from 10 per cent for any
earnings over $19,084.
