The Bank of New Zealand has appointed two new independent directors, Stephen John Moir and Andrew John Pearce.
Moir, from Wellington, is a member of the NZX Discipline Panel and has a background in banking.
Christchurch-based Pearce has been a director for a range of businesses,
and is chairman of Wool Equities among other companies.
He was chief executive of Landcare Research for 13 years.
