Telecom head to go, Sydney report says

There is speculation in Australia that Telecom's chief executive Teresa Gattung is about to be axed from her job.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported mounting pressure will see Ms Gattung pushed aside.

The paper suggested she will be replaced by Vector chief executive Mark Franklin, but it claims internal candidates are also said to be queuing up for the job.
