Helen O'Sullivan, the Real Estate Institute chief executive whose resignation was announced yesterday, has taken up a role with active Auckland apartment developers Ockham Residential.
Mark Todd of Ockham said she would start as chief executive in the near future and that she had previously worked at real estate specialists
Crockers and consultancy firm Korda Mentha.
O'Sullivan is a chartered accountant and has extensive experience in property, finance and leadership roles, Todd said.
