NZ LAW Ltd has appointed Simon Price as chairman, while David Graham has been elected as a director. Simon has taken over from Hastings lawyer Jim Ferguson, who has retired from NZ LAW's board. A partner in Christchurch law firm Mackintosh Bradley & Price, Simon specialises in business acquisitions, structuring and trusts. David is a director in DG Law. His expertise focuses on providing practical and effective commercial advice for his business clients, including asset structuring.

Jason Wild joined Bell Gully this month to oversee the firm's IT and operations functions.
