Directors of the country's biggest dairy company, New Zealand Dairy Group, are to take their monthly board meetings on the road.
The meetings - previously held at Dairy Group's head office, Anchor House in Hamilton - will rotate among the company's 11 manufacturing sites from Edendale, near Invercargill, to Te Rapa in the Waikato.
Chairman Henry Van Der Heyden said the meetings would be used to talk to management teams. "This initiative reflects the fact we are now truly a national cooperative," he said.
This week's meeting will be at Edendale.
