Yahoo!Xtra bubble offering freebies

Telecom has launched a "VIP" website for use of the company's 600,000 internet subscribers.

The new service - Yahoo!Xtra Bubble - was developed as part of the joint venture with Yahoo.

Bubble will try to lure customers to Telecom Xtra and dial-up, offering free anti-virus software (Norton), a personalised home page, digital photo storage and sharing software Flickr Pro, file storage and advanced online email.

It will have more storage capacity and enable emails to be accessed via webmail after downloading.
