Telecom says another outage unlikely

A nine-hour network outage that kept about 15,000 Telecom Jetstream users offline for most of Thursday was unlikely to be repeated, Telecom said yesterday. Customers throughout the country were affected by the network upgrade glitch around 5am, but most were Christchurch residents.
