Domino's Pizza is on its largest ever recruitment drive.
The company plans to hire 3,000 new delivery staff across Australia and New Zealand as it rolls out new technology allowing customers to closely track their order.
Chief executive Don Meij says more drivers and cyclists are needed to meet theincreased volume of deliveries expected to be generated by its GPS Driver Tracker system, which will be rolled out across its 600 stores in Australia and New Zealand in the coming months.
"We have seen an incredible response to the GPS Driver Tracker in the test markets, with it not only improving efficiency at a store level but our customers love engaging with the technology and our drivers," Mr Meij said.
The company also plans to open up to 30 new stores in the next few months.
