Bookseller widens borders to Sylvia Park

Bookseller Borders will open a 2200sq m store at Auckland's Sylvia Park shopping centre.

Kiwi Income Property Trust, which owns the centre, said it was only the third Borders store in the country and would be part of a cinema complex.

Sylvia Park is opening in four stages. Stage 2, which includes 50 fashion stores, opens next week and stage 3 is due for completion in the second quarter of next year.

The centre will be completed in the middle of next year.
