Nuplex extends share offer

Chemicals manufacturer Nuplex Industries has amended its offer of up to $15 million in new shares to shareholders. The record date has been extended until 5pm tomorrow (from 8.30am) and the offer date changed to Monday.

Nuplex will announce the issue price on Tuesday. The offer is at the lesser of $4.90 or its Australian equivalent, or a 3.5 per cent discount to the volume-weighted average market price.
