Publishing houses join forces

Three publishing companies are merging operations from the start of next year.

3Media Group will be a merger of Profile Publishing, Marketplace Press and Review Publishing.

Each publisher will have a third stake in the new company, which would have print, online and media event activities.

3Media will have around 80 employees and publish at least 15 monthly and bi monthly magazines.
