Dame Julie Christie is stepping down from the MediaWorks board to focus on television production.
Christie has been a director since August 2013 and will step down on June 30.
She is taking up two new board roles and will be developing an international documentary.
MediaWorks chairman Jack Matthews thanked
Christie for her contributions to the company over the past four years.
"MediaWorks has worked to fundamentally transform its business during this time, and Julie has been a major part of that."
Christie was made a Dame in the latest Queens Birthday honours for services to governance and the television industry.
