Ebos rights issue successful

Ebos Group Ltd said its renounceable rights issue has closed with acceptances of 95.1 per cent.

The shortfall of 4.9 per cent, representing 452,665 rights, will be picked up by underwriter Forsyth Barr Group Ltd.

The rights issue was carried out by the medical and dental product supplier to raise $36.8 million to reduce debt and provide flexibility for acquisitions in the next two years.

The rights offer was one share for every three owned at $4.00 each.
