Ebos bonus distribution

Ebos Group has reported a 20 per cent increase in interim profit on a 48.5 per cent increase in revenue.

The $8.5 million profit in the six months to December 31 is up from $7 million in the same period last year. Revenue of $691.6 million is up from $465.7 million last year.

Underlying earnings rose 19 per cent to $18.1 million. Directors declared a bonus share distribution of 10.5c a share, up from 9.5c last year.

Shareholders can redeem the shares, or a portion of them, in cash. The issue date is May 11.
