Test for VTNZ

Vehicle Testing New Zealand has applied for Commerce Commission clearance to buy On Road New Zealand.

Both companies provide vehicle testing, inspection and related services from vehicle testing stations nationwide.

Vehicle Testing NZ was established as a state-owned enterprise in 1994. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTA Investments.

On Road NZ is a private company that was set up in 1992 and has 15 vehicle testing stations throughout the country.
