Strange to step down as CEO of Intercity group

InterCity Group chief executive David Strange will leave the company in February next year.

Mr Strange, InterCity's chief executive since 1995, has decided to retire from full-time work.

He will be replaced in March by Malcolm Jones, the firm's current general manager of sales and service.

InterCity Group operates the InterCity and Newmans Coach services.
