Contact Energy's new chief financial officer is Mark Elliott.
He is an Auckland University graduate who has worked extensively in the electricity and gas markets in both this country and internationally for companies such as Shell International and Fletcher Challenge Energy, Contact said.
Elliott's most recent role was with Nyrstar
