Construction of Ponsonby's new $220 million Vinegar Lane and Cider Building projects is well under way.
A spokeswoman for Countdown supermarkets, which is developing the site, said a drone had been used to photograph work from above.

Building was now focused on the four levels of parking under the CiderBuilding, which will house the Countdown and 8000sq m of offices. The 31 buildings will bring apartments, offices, the supermarket, parking and shops to the site between Williamson Ave, Crummer Rd and Pollen St.

Work has also started on six of 30 new Vinegar Lane office/apartment blocks. The supermarket and office building are due to be finished by April next year.
