The lawyer spearheading a legal case against banks fees says he plans to name a second bank target in the next month.
Andrew Hooker filed a case against the ANZ in June in the High Court at Auckland over excessive penalty fees.
The ANZ has yet to file its statement
of defence.
Hooker said there had been several conferences between the parties and the ANZ had requested more information.
"It's nothing we didn't expect."
