Large commercial and industrial transactions contributed to a record six-month result for Bayleys Realty Group.
Managing director Jeff Davidson said the gross value of unconditional transactions handled by the group for the six months to the end of September, increased by 25 per cent to $2.582 billion.

Highbrook site on Waiouru Peninsula for which Macquarie Goodman paid $68.4 million for a 75 per cent shareholding.
