Blis trims its loss

Tech stock Blis Technologies has lowered its annual loss to $964,000, from $1.1 million the year before. No dividend will be paid. The result came on a 19 per cent increase in revenue, to $687,000.

Chairman Peter Fennessy said Blis was seeking partnerships with companies with global marketing capabilities. International sales had increased, particularly in Australia, and Blis had a deal to research infant nutrition products with Nestle, which could result in significant royalties.
