AUT arts faculty building sold for about $29 million

Kiwi Income Property Trust has sold the AUT Faculty of Arts Building in Auckland to an unnamed buyer for about $29 million.

The company said the price was $1.8 million more than the property's book value. Settlement was expected in July.
