Apple reveals incredible new store

Apple has revealed the future of its retail stores today in San Francisco.

In the city's iconic Union Square the new store has 42-foot sliding glass doors that double as two-story windows, a 6K video screen on the second floor, and trees lining its customer support section.

It also sports a backyard that will be open all the time, have free Wi-Fi and plenty of green space.

Matthe Panzarino, editor at TechCrunch was at the official reveal of the store and shared these photos.

The plaza is the store's backyard and features a restored fountain by sculptor Ruth Asawa.

The Boardroom replaces the former business rooms in the Apple retail stores. The former Genius Bar will be replaced by the Genius Grove in 'significant stores'. The new Grove features trees and bigger tables that can be shared by more people.
