AMP Office short list

The manager of AMP NZ Office Trust has drawn up a short list of likely candidates to replace chief executive Rob Lang, who leaves next month.

A shake-up at the top was announced in March. The trust is to become a company, usher in lower management fees, more independent directors, avail itself of the full benefits of the takeover code, and have better corporate governance, including making annual meetings mandatory.
