ACP Media to sell NetGuide magazine

ACP Media announced today that it had entered into an agreement to sell NetGuide magazine and the website www.netguide.co.nz to privately owned company Action Media.

The agreement takes effect immediately and will see the September issue of NetGuide published by Action Media.

ACP Media Chief Executive Officer Paul Dykzeul said that NetGuide was no longer a strategic fit with the company's ACP Magazines' business. The title would fit comfortably into Action Media's growing portfolio of technology titles and websites.

Action Media Publisher Sean Mitchell said he was excited to welcome the NetGuide brand into his stable of publications. "It complements our other titles and will further develop our offering to readers and advertisers interested in the technology sector."
