Opinion by

Tabloid rumours be true, Ashton Kutcher's love life would appear to have more twists than your average corkscrew in a tornado.

Hot on the heels of rampant rumblings that the soon-to-be divorced Two and a Half Men star was hooking up with Barbadian songbird Rihanna, fresh reports claim Kutcher has moved on to newer pastures.

The rumour mill is in overdrive over chatter that life may be imitating art for Kutcher, 34, and Mila Kunis, 28, his former co-star and on-screen love on sitcom That '70s Show.

It all kicked off over the weekend when the hand-holding pair were snapped furniture shopping in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, before grabbing a sushi dinner at a Studio City restaurant in the evening.

The pair reportedly headed back to Kutcher's newly-purchased multi-million dollar mansion in the Hollywood Hills after their cosy sit-down.

Chimed a snapper for scandal sheet X17Online: "Ashton was touching Mila's hand and Mila was all dressed up. She looked hot; this was definitely more than a dinner between friends - this was a full-on date!"

The website also excitedly claimed that the longtime pals have been spotted together "on multiple occasions" of late, and enjoyed the odd night at each other's houses.

Friends with benefits?

Gird your loins, folks...

A rep for Kunis says that the pair is not dating.

"They have been friends for years and had dinner with a bunch of people that night," the rep told the New York Daily News.

"No! They're so not dating," the rep echoed to Us Weekly. "They've been friends for years. But she would never ever. Definitely nothing going on there."

A friend of Kunis also trashed the dating rumours, insisting she "would never ever" hook up with Kutcher.

Kunis split from actor and Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin in January 2011 after eight years of dating.

While Kutcher, who is currently in the middle of a divorce from wife of six years Demi Moore, has been romantically linked to screenwriter pal Lorene Scafaria, and Rihanna. The Rude Boy singer recently hit out at claims they are an item, telling reporters, "I'm happy, and I'm single."

As for Moore, she's back in the social media saddle.

After three months of radio silence, and a brief pit-stop in rehab, the 49-year-old actress has returned to Twitter.

Still using her "@mrskutcher" handle five months after splitting from Kutcher, Moore shared a self-snapped portrait with her 4.9 million followers on Monday, as well as the message, "Testing..."

In December, shortly after announcing she planned to divorce Kutcher, Moore explained why she was holding on to her Twitter handle.

"Changing my Twitter name isn't a top priority right now," she explained at the time. "Sorry it bothers so many of you. Should I not tweet until I do? Does it really matter?"

And as one diva re-enters the Twittersphere, another gives the microblogging platform the one finger salute.

Nicki Minaj has officially left the building.

The singer pulled the plug on her Twitter account on Sunday, leaving millions of her loyal Barbz hanging.

"And that's exactly why I'm paying the barbz DUST right now! And deleting my twitter. Smdh - don't cry for me argentina," the singer boomed to her followers, before delivering the final blow, "Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f**king bye."

She then briefly returned to Twitter to add: "On second thought I'll just follow a new set of barbz. The ones I follow r very mean and ratchet. *side eyes them* *looks into the sea for more*"

Before pulling the plug, Minaj had vowed to get rid of the account after she blocked fan site NickiDaily.com, which she accused of leaking music from her new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

Minaj now has 30 days left to change her mind, after that her account will be deleted permanently.

With 11 million followers under her belt, and her sophomore album storming the charts, my guess is she'll be high-tailing it back to Twitter before you know it.
