A person has been seriously hurt in a fall at North Head on Auckland's North Shore.
A St John ambulance spokeswoman said the injured person was taken to Auckland City Hospital.
She could not confirm where the person had fallen or any circumstances of the incident.
There are tunnels and
gun emplacements in the area.
Two ambulances, one fire service vehicle and one rapid response jeep were called to the scene at 7.52pm.
