I think everybody is affected by tagging even if they don't own the tagged property. Just driving past tagged fences makes you feel uncomfortable. Our environment affects how we feel and if we are surrounded by the chaos and ugliness that tagging brings day upon day, it will eventually have a negativeimpact on the local community. People will take less pride in their environment and tagging will become the norm. Will become the norm? It has become the norm. Tagging has had a negative impact on the community, people take less pride on their properties and wonder what is the point keeping them in tip-top order if they are going to be tagged.
