Man killed by truck in central Auckland named

Police have named the man who died after being struck by a vehicle while walking across Fanshawe Street at about 5.40pm yesterday evening.

He was 33 year-old Hillcrest resident, Robert Su.

Auckland City Police Serious Crash Unit is investigating the incident and has spoken with the driver of the vehicle involved as well as several witnesses.
